Personal Review:
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with AXA Insurance. My claim, which was filed for an emergency and fully complied with the policy requirements, has been stuck for more than three weeks with no clear explanation. The process has been painfully slow, and every attempt to get an update has been met with unhelpful and unresponsive customer service.
What’s most frustrating is that AXA has not provided any reason for delaying or refusing to process the claim, even though I followed all the rules and submitted every document they requested. As a customer, I expected transparency and support during an urgent situation, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clarity.
Very disappointing service, and I hope AXA improves how they handle claims and communicates with customers in the future.
Why is AXA not great:
While their customer service is very slow and they can’t give explanation on why a basic claims can’t be supported, AXA CEO Thomas Buberl is reporting an increase in profits by 7% in 2024 vs 2023 to 8.1 Billions euros.
Clear increase in profits and not caring about customer service.
